After filling in your details and completing the steps, our customer service team will review your return request and send you a return label.
Return Policy in Brief:
- We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return costs: A fee of €5.00 will be charged for the return shipping label.
- Refunds: Once the product has been received by us, it will be inspected. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 20 business days after receipt for this process.
- In special cases, or if more than 20 business days have passed, please send us a message so we can investigate and assist you immediately.
