Shipping & Delivery
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the necessary information about your order, including the tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.
PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders placed today are usually processed and shipped the next business day. Exceptions may apply, so please allow us some extra time. We strive to complete this process as quickly as possible. It is important to note that the processing time is separate from the shipping time. Therefore, the total time needed to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time.
Netherlands: 1 business day
Belgium: 1-2 business days
Please also note that we only ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING
We mainly work with Post-NL & DHL. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your order. You can use this link to follow the delivery of your package. Please note that the delivery time mentioned in the email is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s availability.
Although Brothers in Style partners with reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. In case of delays or shipping issues, Brothers in Style will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. However, Brothers in Style is not liable for any delays or issues during the delivery process.
SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY
Some of our courier partners require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, the courier will not leave the package without a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may leave it at a nearby location or attempt redelivery at a later time. Please note that Brothers in Style is not responsible for any issues that may arise from couriers’ decisions to leave packages without a recipient.
If you know you won’t be available to receive the package when it arrives, you might arrange for someone else to sign for it. You can also contact the courier company directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. It is important to know that once the package has been delivered and signed for, Brothers in Style is no longer responsible for the package or any issues that may occur.
Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipment has been upgraded to express.
DAMAGE CAUSED BY COURIER SERVICES
At Brothers in Style, we ensure all our products are of the highest quality and well-packaged to prevent damage during transport. However, packages can sometimes be damaged due to handling by the courier company.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, we recommend taking photos of the packaging and contacting the courier company as soon as possible to report the issue. Please also send us the same photos at info@brothersinstyle.com and we will work together to find a solution.
Please note that damage caused by the courier service is not covered under our refund policy. We conduct thorough quality checks on all items before shipping, and all items are securely and bubble-wrapped. However, we cannot control how the courier handles the package once it leaves our facilities.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter and will do everything we can to assist you in resolving issues with damaged packages.
INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package contains missing or incomplete items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@brothersinstyle.com with your order number and details of the missing or incomplete items. Depending on inventory and stock, we may ship products separately. In that case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number for each package. We cover the shipping costs for missing or incomplete items. If we cannot provide a replacement item, we will refund the missing or incomplete item.
ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are correct and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to delayed processing or cancellation of the order. For address issues detected by the system, our customer service will send an email within 3 business days after placing your order to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@brothersinstyle.com. We will do our best to make any changes, but we cannot guarantee changes after this time.
DELAYED DELIVERY
At Brothers in Style, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Courier partners may face unexpected delays or issues during transport, such as severe weather conditions or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Additionally, unforeseen circumstances may delay the processing or shipping of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order that may cause a delay.
Please note that Brothers in Style is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed about your order status and provide all possible assistance in resolving any issues.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders under €25.
For international orders, please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees charged by Brothers in Style. Contact your local customs office for more information about possible charges before placing your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once we hand over the package to our courier partners, we no longer have control over it. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@brothersinstyle.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims procedure for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you to complete the process. We will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note that Brothers in Style is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these are outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement package if the package is not found or delivered.
In some cases, the courier company may locate the package and deliver it to you. If the package is not found, we recommend filing a police report.
RETURNS
We understand that you may need to return an item purchased from Brothers in Style, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

CANCELLATION AND REFUSAL
Brothers in Style reserves the right to cancel and refuse any order placed on our website. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, household, or order. In the event we modify or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting the email address you provided at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect they are fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, or in violation of these Terms of Service.
If we cancel an order at our sole discretion that was not requested by the customer, we will issue a refund immediately. Please note that refund processing may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING POLICY
Brothers in Style reserves the right to change or update these Shipping Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version of the Shipping Terms before making a purchase and using our products.
